About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Unity Developer with a strong foundation in physics-based game
mechanics to craft engaging and lightweight game ads— including playable ads and interactive
experiences. You’ll work closely with designers and user acquisition team to build ad
experiences that mimic the feel of full games and drive performance in marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
● Build interactive, physics-driven playable ads using Unity and C#.
● Translate game mechanics into short, performance-optimized ad experiences.
● Implement realistic (or stylized) object physics, collisions, and ragdoll systems.
● Ensure ads meet strict size/performance requirements and are compatible across
platforms (Meta, TikTok, Unity Ads, etc.).
● Collaborate with design and animation teams to integrate assets and polish interactions.
● Export builds in WebGL or mobile-friendly formats optimized for playable ad platforms.
● Rapidly prototype, iterate, and optimize ad variants based on feedback and performance
data.
Requirements:
● 2 to 3 years of professional Unity experience.
● Strong command of Unity physics systems (rigidbodies, joints, colliders, forces, etc.).
● Experience building mini-games, prototypes, or ad creatives in Unity.
● Good understanding of mobile optimization, asset compression, and performance
profiling.
● Familiarity with ad platforms like ironSource, AppLovin, Meta Playables, or Google
Playables.
● Ability to write clean, modular, and efficient C# code.
Bonus Points:
● Experience exporting Unity projects to WebGL or lightweight builds for ad platforms
