Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized Salesforce solutions to meet our business requirements. This full-time role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, integrations, and development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Development and Customization
   • Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
   • Implement complex workflows, triggers, and process automation to support business needs.
2. Integration and Maintenance
   • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
   • Ensure system reliability and performance through regular maintenance and optimization.
3. Collaboration and Requirement Gathering
   • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
4. Testing and Deployment
   • Conduct thorough unit testing and ensure quality assurance of Salesforce configurations and customizations.
   • Manage deployments between development, staging, and production environments.
5. Documentation and Support
   • Maintain detailed documentation of development, workflows, and system architecture.
   • Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce tools, including Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Data Loader.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration with external systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Bitbucket.
• Understanding of Salesforce security and data model design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator) are a strong advantage.
