Role Summary:
The Revenue Analyst is responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity across all recurring revenue activities by auditing billing, maintaining agreement accuracy, and managing product data within ConnectWise. This role supports financial operations, procurement alignment, and vendor oversight to ensure clean, profitable, and contract-compliant billing. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, working knowledge of PSA systems (especially ConnectWise), and a mindset focused on accuracy, accountability, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform monthly billing audits, comparing vendor license usage against client agreement counts in ConnectWise
Maintain and update client agreements in ConnectWise to ensure accurate billing aligned with contractual terms
Manage the internal product catalog in ConnectWise, including adding new SKUs, updating vendor costs, internal pricing, and ensuring product details align with active agreements
Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoicing, licensing, or service quantities in collaboration with finance and service delivery teams
Support procurement processes for software, hardware, and licensing – including sourcing, tracking, and documentation
Collaborate with the vendor management team to validate pricing, contractual terms, and SKU-level billing data across all active vendor relationships
Track and report on license utilization trends, overages, and margin optimization opportunities
Assist with onboarding and maintenance of vendor profiles in internal systems, ensuring current rate cards, SKUs, and contract metadata are accurately reflected
Contribute to financial reporting related to recurring revenue, vendor costs, and gross margin
Continuously improve workflows related to ConnectWise agreements, procurement tracking, and license lifecycle governance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years in a finance, billing, procurement, or PSA analyst role, ideally within an MSP or IT services environment
Experience using ConnectWise Manage (strongly preferred), particularly in agreements, invoicing, procurement, or product catalog modules
High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong skills in data validation, cross-checking, and reporting
Familiarity with IT product licensing models (Microsoft, RMM tools, cybersecurity platforms, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to maintain data integrity and resolve financial discrepancies
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience auditing vendor license utilization and reconciling with internal contract data
Knowledge of SaaS billing or usage-based pricing models
Familiarity with procurement lifecycle and vendor onboarding processes
Exposure to product catalog administration and recurring service modeling in a PSA
