💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Troubleshoot card terminals (POS), connectivity, and system integrations
✅ Resolve transaction discrepancies, settlements, chargebacks, and disputes
✅ Provide PCI DSS compliance assistance to merchants
✅ Communicate professionally via email and phone with clients and processors
✅ Complete required forms and handle documentation accurately
✅ Bridge calls between merchants and U.S.-based payment processors
✅ Manage client interactions and document ticket status in CRM (e.g., Monday.com)
✅ Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools effectively
✅ Identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements

🧠 Requirements
🔹 Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) with a U.S. client support tone
🔹 Prior experience in fintech or payment processing technical support
🔹 Strong understanding or familiarity with PCI DSS compliance
🔹 Experience with POS systems and CRM platforms like Monday.com
🔹 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
🔹 Comfortable working U.S. business hours (EST) remotely from Pakistan
