HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The HR Manager will play a vital role in fostering a positive company culture, improving employee engagement, and implementing HR policies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Develop and maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance review systems, set KPIs, and work with managers to assess and improve employee productivity.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize employee development programs, and enhance skills across departments.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Coordinate payroll processing, leaves, and employee benefits to ensure smooth operations.
  • Workplace Culture & Engagement: Plan team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and other initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • HR Reporting: Maintain HR records, generate reports, and provide insights on workforce planning and HR strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or apparel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle employee relations effectively.
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
