Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing support throughout the order process. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance while maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, social media, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Order Assistance: Provide updates on order status, timelines, and customization details while coordinating with internal teams.
• Issue Resolution: Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our product offerings, customization options, and order processes to assist clients effectively.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers by offering excellent service and personalized solutions.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions using the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups with clients post-order to gather feedback and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the apparel or manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer concerns efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp, email communication, and social media messaging.
• Knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes and order fulfillment is a plus.
