We’re seeking a Creative Director who leads with AI-first design thinking — someone who sees tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, and Stable Diffusion as essential to their creative workflow.
You will direct the visual strategy and production across digital campaigns, eCommerce assets, and brand visuals. Instead of relying only on Photoshop or Illustrator, your strength is in using AI tools to scale creativity, speed, and experimentation.
What You’ll Do:
•Lead creative direction for digital campaigns, product launches, landing pages, and brand visuals for eCommerce clients.
•Create and direct visual assets using AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, etc.
•Build and refine visual workflows that leverage AI + human collaboration to increase speed, quality, and volume of creative production.
•Collaborate with performance marketers, developers, and UX teams to ensure creative alignment with KPIs and UX principles.
•Hire, mentor, and direct a team of AI-savvy designers, prompt engineers, and motion artists.
•Stay ahead of AI design trends, tools, and ethical practices.
Qualification:
• 2-5 years in a senior design or creative leadership role, preferably in digital, tech, or eCommerce sectors.
•portfolio demonstrating AI-generated design work, concept development, and art direction, not just traditional design work.
•Strong knowledge of generative AI tools, workflows, and prompt design.
•Strategic mindset with an eye for performance-driven design.
•Able to brief and guide teams using prompt-based workflows and rapid iteration loops.
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
