Corporate Engagement and Media Coordinator

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Engagement and Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building and nurturing relationships, with a strong ability to plan, execute, and measure engagement initiatives with our customers (current & potential) and employees. This role will involve coordinating a variety of activities, including events, workshops, and online campaigns, to foster meaningful connections with our target audience (internal and external).

Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement Strategy:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Identify key engagement metrics and track progress to measure success.
  • Event Planning and Execution:
    • Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of events, including conferences, webinars, and workshops.
    • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, speaker coordination, and attendee registration.
    • Ensure smooth event execution and provide excellent attendee experiences.
  • Community Building:
    • Foster a strong sense of community by building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and team members.
    • Facilitate online and offline discussions, encouraging active participation and knowledge sharing.
    • Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnerships to expand the community’s reach.
  • Content Creation:
    • Develop engaging content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
    • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze engagement data to identify trends and insights.
    • Prepare regular reports on engagement metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for building relationships and fostering community.
