Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and execute growth strategies by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and expanding Amabi Clothing’s global reach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strategic partnerships, and market expansion within the apparel or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through social media, email, LinkedIn, networking, and industry research.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, apparel brands, and business partners to drive sustainable growth.
  • Market Expansion: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry insights to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales performance by negotiating deals, closing contracts, and ensuring profitability.
  • Product & Service Pitching: Effectively present Amabi Clothing’s services, highlighting customization options, fabric quality, and production capabilities.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams to align business objectives with customer needs.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management on growth strategies and revenue generation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the apparel or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools, CRM systems, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Ability to identify market trends and develop effective business strategies.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Understanding of apparel manufacturing processes and customization techniques is a plus.
