Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for tech and sales? We’re looking for a Telesales Representative who can effectively connect with clients, understand their needs, and offer impactful solutions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Engage prospective and existing clients via calls, emails, and digital channels.

Qualify leads, answer inquiries, and schedule product demos or follow-up meetings.

Deliver impactful product presentations and confidently handle objections.

Close sales and consistently meet or exceed targets.

Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales progress in CRM tools.

Share client feedback to improve product and service offerings.
✅ What We’re Looking For:

6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, ideally in tech, SaaS, or IT services.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of IoT, software development, or IT staff augmentation is a plus.

CRM proficiency and good command of MS Office tools.

Driven, organized, and results-focused with strong negotiation abilities.
